Dockage Rates

Whether you are looking to enjoy your boat for one month or one year with us we have what you are looking for. Clean restrooms & showers, fuel, pumpout, ships store, floating docks, a knowledgable staff and much more. Wet and Dry storage are both available at our facility. Wet Slip Bay Point

  • Annual Lease - $8.50/ft/month
  • Semi Annual - $10.00/ft/month
  • MTM - $12.00/ft/month

    Water is included in all prices above. Electricity is metered monthly and wireless internet is available at $31.95/month through NanoDocks WIFI.

Wet Slip Little Creek

  • Annual Lease - $8.00/ft/month NEW LOW RATE $7.75/ft/month*
  • Semi Annual - $10.00/ft/month NEW LOW RATE $7.75/ft/month*
  • MTM - $12.00/ft/month NEW LOW RATE $7.75/ft/month*

*New rates only apply to those that are signing a non-transient dockage agreement. Rates do not apply to transient dockage.

Dry Storage Slip Little Creek

  • Annual Lease - $8.75/ft/month
  • Semi Annual - $10.25/ft/month
  • MTM - $12.00/ft/month
  • Jet Ski $120/month for April - Sept & $75/month for October - March (no lifts)
  • Trailer storage $25/month one axle, $35/month two axle, $45/month three axle.

    Vessels over 7' tall add .85/ft over 7' to the above referenced footage pricing!!

     

Other Info...

  • Insurance requirements - $500,000 minimum liability with Little Creek Marina added as "Additional Insured."
  • If annual contract is prepaid a 5% initial discount is applied, with 1/2% annual discount increase for each consecutive prepay lease renewal, up to 8%.
  • Water is provided on all docks without charge.
  • Electricity usage is individually metered currently @ .12 cents/kWh
  • Live-aboard fee is an additional $125/mo. + $75/mo. per additional person onboard - availability limited, 32' minimum.
